Ai Assets is now an RICS Tech Network Solution Provider, listed in the Commercial Property and FM category. For surveyors, building consultants and the firms they work with, it’s a new way to find the technology and consulting support behind accurate, decision-ready asset data.
What is the RICS Tech Network?
The RICS Tech Network brings together organisations and thought leaders committed to using technology to address challenges across the built and natural environment. It connects RICS members and RICS-regulated firms with Solution Providers offering data, technology and AI products and services. Solution Providers must meet RICS eligibility requirements and complete due diligence checks to be listed.
Built with surveyors and consultants in mind
Condition surveys and asset registers are only as useful as the data behind them. Too often, a register is delivered at the end of a project and starts going out of date the day it’s handed over.
