Building Assessor (Contractor) – Boots on the Ground Asset Data Capture
- Sydney base with regular travel across Australia and overseas (valid passport essential)
- Immediate or very soon availability required
- Contractor position (own ABN preferred)
- Must have clean police record (essential for client sites and international travel)
- Physically inspect commercial and industrial buildings to capture comprehensive asset data
- Create and populate detailed Asset Registers — tagging everything from chillers, generators, and electrical switchboards to HVAC, fire systems, pumps, and structural elements
- Conduct property audits and condition assessments in the field
- Use our intuitive mobile platform to record accurate data on-site in real time (we provide full training — it’s designed to be fast and user-friendly)
- Work as part of a small, efficient team delivering high-quality data that feeds directly into client asset management systems and plans
- Practical experience in property audits, building condition assessments, or similar field inspection work (highly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to systematically document mechanical, electrical, and building assets
- Comfortable working independently on-site while representing Ai Assets professionally
- Physically fit and confident navigating commercial/industrial environments
- Must be presentable, well-mannered, and comfortable interacting professionally with clients on-site.
- Valid Australian passport + clean police record (no exceptions)
- Own ABN (preferred) and availability to start immediately or within the next 1–2 weeks
